What Clients Are Saying

  • Kate manages to create a supportive and positive atmosphere in the group, so working on yourself no longer feels like such a grind. I finally adopted several practices that never stuck before, and I've become calmer about my own quirks. She knows how to guide while also giving space — a balance not every facilitator achieves.

    — Alexander K.

  • I think I am having one of the best and happiest years of my life. And it all started since our last session.

    — Zayn M.

  • I benefited the most from the experience of other people with ADHD. The group had the largest impact on my attitude towards myself — I accept myself more because I saw that completely different people face the same problems. I would recommend this group to anyone with diagnosed ADHD.

My Story

Kate Blank, ADHD counsellor and psychological wellbeing specialist offering online sessions in English, German, and Russian
You matter!

When I was a child, I couldn't understand why people hurt each other. It was the question that stayed with me for years — until I found the answer that changed everything: hurt people hurt people. And people who feel good do good.

I didn't grow up with mentors or guidance. There was no one to tell me I was capable, no one to show me how to trust my own decisions. When I became an adult, I carried that with me — until therapy, my studies, and a partner who believed in me before I could believe in myself helped me find my way back.

Along that road, I also discovered I have ADHD. I know firsthand what it's like when your mind feels like it's working against you — and I know what it takes to build a life that works with who you actually are.

Today, I combine evidence-based approaches with something research consistently shows matters most: a real human relationship built on empathy, honesty, and unconditional respect for the person in front of me. I don't work from a script. I work from experience — both professional and deeply personal.

My biggest belief is simple: when one person starts trusting themselves, it ripples outward. They show up differently — for themselves, for the people around them, and for the world. That ripple effect is what drives everything I do.

  • I am a psychological wellbeing specialist and counsellor, not a clinical psychologist or psychotherapist. I do not provide diagnoses, psychiatric assessments, or crisis intervention. If you are currently in acute crisis, please contact your GP, the nearest psychiatric emergency service, or Die Dargebotene Hand (Tel. 143).

  • I work with evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and person-centred counselling. Every session combines real science with a genuine human relationship, because research consistently shows that the connection between us matters just as much as the method.

  • I work with adults navigating ADHD, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and low self-trust.
